High performance vector inverter

Overview

MC9001 series inverters adopt high-performance vector control technology to achieve high torque output at low speeds, with good dynamic characteristics, super overload capability, stable performance, powerful protection functions, simple human-machine interface and easy operation simple. It can be used to drive weaving, papermaking, wire drawing, machine tools, packaging, food, fans, water pumps and various automated production equipment.

♦ Rapid current limiting function: Minimize over-current faults and protect the normal operation of the inverter.
♦ Automatic voltage regulation (AVR): When the grid voltage changes, the output voltage is maintained constant
♦ Automatic energy-saving operation: According to the load condition, the V/F curve is automatically optimized to achieve energy-saving operation

Protection function

♦ Phase loss protection: input phase loss protection, output phase loss protection
♦ Overvoltage protection: shut down when the main circuit DC voltage is above 820V
♦ Undervoltage protection: the main circuit DC voltage is 350V Shut down when:
♦ Overheat protection: The protection will be triggered when the inverter bridge is overheated
♦ Overload protection: Run at 150% rated current for 60 seconds and shut down (MC9001-4T04500G is: run at 130% rated
current 60s shutdown)
♦ Overcurrent protection: Shutdown protection when the inverter exceeds 2.5 times the rated current
♦ Braking protection: Braking unit overload protection, braking resistor short circuit protection
♦ Short circuit protection: Output Phase-to-phase short circuit protection, output short circuit protection to ground

 

Usage environment

♦ Place of use: indoors, away from direct sunlight, free of dust, corrosive gases, flammable gases, oil mist, water vapor, dripping water or salt, etc.
♦ Altitude: No need to lower the altitude for use below 1000m Amount, derating 1% for every 100m above 1000m
